Register an account
- Open the registration page.
- Enter the username, password and email requested by the page.
- Complete email verification and any additional verification shown.
- Read the user agreement and privacy policy, then submit if you agree.
Available registration methods depend on the current site. Use an email address you can keep accessing for account recovery.
Sign in to the console
Open the sign-in page, sign in with your username or email and password, then enter the console.
If two-factor authentication is enabled, also provide your authenticator code or an available recovery code.
Email code did not arrive
- Check the email address for typos.
- Check spam folders and blocked senders.
- Wait briefly before retrying; avoid repeatedly requesting codes.
- If several emails arrive, use the code for your most recent request.
If the problem persists, tell support the time, email provider and on-screen message. Do not send your email password or verification code.
Forgot your password
Choose Forgot password on the sign-in page and follow the recovery steps using your linked email. Sign in again after resetting it.
If you cannot access the email or authenticator, or your account has an unusual status, contact support.
Repeatedly redirected to sign-in
Allow cookies for Guangji API and complete sign-in in the same browser. If necessary, try a private window or clear data for the Guangji API site only. Clearing its data signs you out.
