Balance and top-ups
Check your balance
Open Wallet or the top-up page in the console to see available balance and payment options.
Display units, payment amounts and methods depend on the current Guangji API page.
Online top-up
If online payment is available:
- Choose or enter an amount.
- Review the amount payable, expected credit and payment method.
- Confirm and pay through the page's payment flow.
- Return to the wallet and check the order status and balance.
Model prices, displayed account credits and cash payment amounts are different concepts. Refer to the payment confirmation page.
Redeem a code
If redemption is available, enter the complete code obtained through an official channel. Check the result and balance change.
A code can generally be redeemed successfully once. Check for missing characters or extra spaces if it is rejected, then contact support. Do not publicly share unused codes.
Paid, but no balance update
Refresh the order and wallet pages and allow the payment status to synchronize. Do not pay again just to speed up the credit.
If it remains unresolved, contact support with your user ID, order number, payment time and amount, plus redacted order screenshots and proof of payment.
The order needs to be checked; this guide does not promise a fixed processing time.
Plans, subscriptions and refunds
If plans are offered, check validity, quota, reset period and eligible groups before purchasing. Review billing priority if the account provides that setting.
Availability, promotions and refund conditions depend on current Guangji API rules or support confirmation. Ask support if you cannot find an expected option.
