Usage and request logs
Find a request
Open Usage logs in the console, choose the time range, then filter by key name, model or group. Open the matching record to see details for your account.
Useful fields
| Field | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Time | Compare with your client activity |
| Key / token | Identify which application sent the request |
| Model and group | Verify the actual model and group |
| Input and output tokens | Understand text usage |
| Cost | Check the billed amount for this record |
| Duration / time to first token | Understand response timing when recorded |
| Request ID | Help support locate the request |
Not every record includes every field. Errors, refunds and asynchronous tasks can appear differently.
No record found
Check the account, time range, filters and refresh status. The request may not have reached the server, and platform logging settings affect what gets recorded.
A missing log alone does not prove that a request was never processed or billed. Compare the client response and balance changes, and ask support if necessary.
Charts and details disagree
First align the time range, group, key and model filters. Then check refresh times. Aggregation and update delays can cause differences.
Asynchronous tasks
If an image, video or other request returns a task_id, save it and check its final task status. Accepted submission does not mean completed execution. Refer to task details and billing records for failures, cancellations and refunds.
When asking for help, provide the time, request or task ID and redacted screenshots. See contact support.
